Robotiq is pleased to announce expansion in the US with the recent hiring of Susanne Shafer-Denlinger as Midwest Area Sales Manager. Effective on March 7th 2011, Susanne is responsible for overseeing sales activities and partnerships for the Robotiq Adaptive Gripper with robot manufacturers, system integrators and end-users. 

Based in Bloomington, IN, Susanne brings strong automation / robotics industry experience with her previous sales role at RAD (Robotic Accessories Division), a leader in the design and manufacture of high quality robotic and automation tooling solutions located in Tipp City, OH. Samuel Bouchard, CEO at Robotiq states, "Susanne's knowledge and approach to the market are a great fit with the culture of our company. Her experience with end users such as GE, Ford, Chrysler and others in the industrial automation industry will continue to extend our reach into new application areas."

Susanne will focus mainly in the Midwest territory. She will also be attending related trade shows like the upcoming ATX South in Orlando, FL and Automate 2011 - March 21-24, 2011 at McCormick Place, Chicago, IL.
