Industrial Robotics: Yes we Can Automate High-Mix, Low-Volume

Why can't we automate high-mix, low volume production with robots in 2011? My answer is that in fact, it is possible. But not with the tools that we are used to in low-mix, high volume settings!

That is what I explain in the slidecast below, which is a presentation that I've done at Fabtech 2011. Make sure to have your sound on and to click on the links to the videos during the presentation.
