We kept you in suspense, but the day has finally come!

The latest product in Robotiq's line-up of Adaptive Grippers is Hand-E,  the first UR+ electric gripper ready for the new e-SERIES generation of Universal Robots.

Hand-E’s high accuracy and 50 mm parallel stroke make it perfect for precision assembly tasks, while its sealed design ensures reliability in the toughest manufacturing conditions.

How can we simplify collaborative robot applications? Well, after 10 years in the industry, we've come up with the perfect formula.

It starts with an easy-to-install gripper and the ability to create custom fingertips. Then, we add intuitive programming software combined with great precision, pinch force, and payload specifications. This brings us to Hand-E, the ultimate gripper for collaborative robots.

Meet Hand-E!

As our CTO Jean-Philippe Jobin explains,  “We wanted to create a product that fits any manufacturer’s needs and allows them to start production fasterHand-E comes with a 3-fingertip kit so automation engineers can easily integrate the gripper in their application. Its compact and ergonomic shape makes collaborative robot hand-guiding safe and easy.”

Along with the popular 2F-85 and 2F-140, Hand-E completes Robotiq’s product line of Adaptive Grippers, which all connect directly to the e-SERIES wrist. They all operate with the same intuitive programming software, which enables full control over the gripper’s position, force, and speed. A new grip check feature allows the robot to validate its grip with the part's dimensions before starting the cycle.

A new feature: validate grip with the part's dimensions.

Hand-E also unlocks many industrial applications by integrating seamlessly with the Robotiq Wrist Camera and FT 300 Force Torque Sensor

Not sure which Robotiq Adaptive Gripper is best for your application? The following chart gives an overview of how each gripper complements the others.
