1. Verify the Ethernet to USB adapter

  • The scanning process requires a working adapter to communicate with the system.

  • Action:

    • Make sure the Ethernet-USB adapter present and connected as intended in usel manual

    • Make sure the Ethernet-USB adapter is connected securely.
    • Check for visible damage or loose connectors.

    • Unplug-replug

2. Confirm URCap and PolyScope compatibility

  • A mismatch between URCap and PolyScope versions can prevent scanning or device detection.

  • Action:

    • On the robot interface, check your current URCap version and PolyScope version.

    • Ensure both are among the validated compatible versions.

    • If unsure, update to the latest versions polyscope and Urcaps tested by Robotiq.

3. Check if the breaker has re-armed

  • After a system shutdown or issue, the breaker must be re-armed to restore normal operation.

  • Action: Press the area just below the red blinking light on the breaker.

  • If the red light continues to blink, the breaker has not rearmed. Repeat the press until the light turns off.
