When a Robotiq product is repaired, the repaired or replaced parts are covered by a limited warranty. This article explains the duration and conditions of that warranty.

Warranty Coverage After Repair

  • Repaired or replaced parts are covered by a 3-month warranty starting from the date of the repair.

  • This warranty applies only to the parts that were repaired or replaced during the RMA process.

Important Notes

  • If another part of the product (that was not repaired or replaced) fails after the repair, it is not covered under this warranty.

  • Example: If a repaired motor is covered, but a separate sensor fails later, only the repaired motor remains under warranty.

 

Conclusion
After an RMA repair, Robotiq provides a 3-month warranty for the repaired or replaced parts. Failures unrelated to the repair are not included.
