If a Robotiq product needs repair or further investigation, it must go through our official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. This article walks you through each step, from requesting an RMA to receiving your repaired unit.
The RMA Process

Request an RMA

Contact Robotiq Support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

We will issue an RMA document along with a Service Request Order (SRO) number.

Ship the Unit

Depending on your location, ship the product to one of our service centers:

Initial Inspection (48 hours)

Once we receive the unit, we will perform an initial inspection within 48 hours to determine the necessary repairs.

Repair Quote

After the inspection, we will provide a detailed repair quote based on the diagnostic results.

If you approve the quote, we will begin the repair process.

If you decline the quote, the unit will not be repaired. We can return it upon request.
