RMA - Procedure for Repair a unit

The unit needs to be repaired at our offices or investigated further. We don't make a quote before sending the product because we don't know what is wrong on your product. 

What is the procedure

  1. We make you same paper called RMA with a SRO number
  2. You can send us the product. We have two offices to repair : one in Québec in Canada and one in Lyon in France
  3. We received the product, we have 48 hours to investigate it
  4. We make you a quote for the repair
  5. You have two options. You can accept it, so we repair it. Or you don't accept it and we don't repair it. 
  6. We received the confirmation of repair, we have 48 hours to repair it.
  7. We send it back to you.
