RMA Process – Repairing a Unit.

If your unit requires repair or further investigation, it must be sent to one of our service centers. We do not provide a repair quote before receiving the product, as we first need to diagnose the issue.

  1. Request an RMA

    • We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) document with an SRO (Service Request Order) number.
  2. Ship the Unit

    • Depending on your location, you can send the product to one of our two repair centers:
      • Québec, Canada
      • Lyon, France
  3. Initial Inspection (48 hours)

    • Once we receive the product, we will inspect it within 48 hours to determine the necessary repairs.
  4. Repair Quote

    • After the inspection, we will provide you with a repair quote.
  5. Approval or Refusal

    • If you approve the quote, we will proceed with the repair.
    • If you decline, the unit will not be repaired, and we can return it to you if requested.
  6. Repair Process (48 hours)

    • Upon receiving your approval, we will complete the repair within 48 hours.
  7. Return Shipment

    • Once repaired, we will ship the unit back to you.
