If your unit requires repair or further investigation, it must be sent to one of our service centers. We do not provide a repair quote before receiving the product, as we first need to diagnose the issue.

Request an RMA
- We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) document with an SRO (Service Request Order) number.

Ship the Unit
- Depending on your location, you can send the product to one of our two repair centers:
- Québec, Canada
- Lyon, France

Initial Inspection (48 hours)
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect it within 48 hours to determine the necessary repairs.

Repair Quote
- After the inspection, we will provide you with a repair quote.

Approval or Refusal
- If you approve the quote, we will proceed with the repair.
- If you decline, the unit will not be repaired, and we can return it to you if requested.

Repair Process (48 hours)
- Upon receiving your approval, we will complete the repair within 48 hours.

Return Shipment
- Once repaired, we will ship the unit back to you.
