How to change the fingers on a 2F Gripper (C4 Version)?

This article will help you to change the fingers of a 2F85 or a 2F140. 

Solution

To replace the fingers of a 2F85 or a 2F140, you will need : 

1/- Replacement Fingers

For a 2F85 : 

     - 1 Replacement Finger: AGC-FIN-085
     - 2 Replacement Finger: AGC-FIN-KIT-85-V4

For a 2F140 :
     - 1 Replacement Finger: AGC-FIN-140-C4
     - 2 Replacement Finger: AGC-FIN-KIT-140-V4

2/- Grease LOCTITE 248

Procedure

1/- Then you will need to remove the screws by using the Allen wrench. 

2/- When the screw is removed, you can easily remove the fingers.

3/- Before mounting the new fingers, it's important to make some grease on the screws. 

4/- Then you can remount the new fingers. Be carrefull, there is two size of axis.
