      Error - Copilot License Dongle not detected

      The Copilot license is not detected when plugged in the robot.

      Symptoms

      The client will have a message saying that the Copilot License is not detected. Also, going into Installation > URCaps > Copilot > About the client has the same message and information and the dongle does not appear.

      Troubleshooting

      1. Upgrade to the latest Polyscope and URCap
      2. Try different USB ports
      3. While the dongle is plugged in, do a complete shutdown of the robot (shutdown then power up)
      4. Try on different robots
      5. Make sure that no other application or URCap is making requests to the XMLRPC server ex.: x11vnc
