Bill Gates says that we’re entering the robot age. Some might nit-pick and call it the age of robotics. They predict that robotics will follow the electronics evolutionary path rather than the computer path. Instead of being surrounded by robots, there will be some robotics in everyday objects: cars, toys, software, etc. Check out the following video on an Adobe research project.
