Complex Surface Polishing Application

One of our customers was looking to automate its polishing process in his factory, however, the surfaces can sometimes be complex to program. Take a look at two videos, that our application engineer, Catherine_Bernier made to explain how the path recording and the FT300 can simplify these complex programs. What kind of complex applications were you able to solve with the path recording and the FT300? Converting G-Code to a UR Program

Another discussion about converting G-Code to a UR program emerged on DoF. A client recently asked our application engineer Tyler_Berryman if it was possible to program a tool path in G-code and transfer this to a UR program. Some Pros used RoboDK as well as Robotmaster software and shared their insights. Do you have feedback to give on a software you used to transfer G-Code to a UR program?

How to Test the Wrist Camera Installation

Our product expert Annick_Mottard worked on a video explaining how to test the Wrist Camera installation. Normal and Reduced Mode Settings 

A Pro shared a challenge with the community where he wants each robot to perform their tasks in ideally 20-second cycles, but their absolute max time is 23- or 24-second cycles. He played around with the settings and came up with a pretty good and safe combination that stops quickly. However, a new issue arose where the changes in the UR are significantly slower so they are unable to meet their cycle time for most of the stations. Do you have any thoughts on how this Pro can make it stop with weak force applied, and still make cycle time?
