Robotiq PE10 Palletizing Solution – FUSE F3 Frequently Tripping

How to correct recurring FUSE F3 trips in the electrical cabinet of the PE10

Context

On some Robotiq PE10 palletizing solutions, users may experience FUSE F3 tripping repeatedly in the electrical cabinet. This issue is often related to how the 24V supply is connected to the vacuum generator.

The following steps explain how to identify the cause and apply the recommended corrective action.

Information

1. Verify your PE10 version

  • Open the electrical cabinet of your PE10 palletizing solution.

  • Locate the 24V terminal blocks.

2. Check the 24V power connection

  • Inspect how the vacuum generator is connected.

  • If the vacuum generator is powered from the 24V #4 terminal, this configuration may overload FUSE F3 and cause it to trip.

3. Apply the corrective action

  • Disconnect the vacuum generator power wire from the 24V #4 terminal.
