How to find the Harmonized Standards, Declarations and Certificates?

Most of our official declarations like EC and RoHS are listed in the respective product manual or have their own section on the support site when selecting the product in question.

Context This article guides users to the right places to find Robotiq's harmonized standards, declarations of conformity, and various product compliance certificates, including CE, RoHS, REACH, UL status, and more.

Information

  • CE, EC Declaration, and RoHS Certificates
These documents are included in the product's user manual and are also available on the Robotiq Support website. [INSERT IMAGE of support site download page here]

  • REACH Compliance
Robotiq confirms that, as of today, the only Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) exceeding 0.1% in our Adaptive Grippers is lead (CAS 7439-92-1). Some SVHC declarations from suppliers are still pending and may update this statement.

  • UL Certification
UL certification is not required because Robotiq products operate at 24 VDC. Instead, they meet the necessary CE standards.

  • Conflict Minerals
Robotiq provides a Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) to customers. You can access the template here.

  • Certificate of Origin – 2025
Certificates of origin are available for the following countries and agreements: PTPGP, CUSMA, Other countries.

  • Other Certificates or Requests
If a specific certificate or declaration is not available publicly, your request will be escalated internally by Robotiq support.

Conclusion Most of Robotiq's standard compliance certificates can be found directly in the product manuals or downloaded from the Support site. For specialized documents or supplier-specific data, Robotiq support will handle your request individually.
