a. Design phase. Project preparation, manual to robotized task mapping, cell mapping and layout, ROI calculation, and pen-and-paper exercises.
b. Integrate phase. Integration of Plug + Play products:
- Grippers
- Pick-and-place (hands-on exercises)
- Wrist Camera
- Vision-guided pick-and-place (hands-on exercises)
Day 2
Hands-on Workshop (continued)
c. Integrate phase. Integration of Plug + Play products:
- FT Sensor
- Force-based insertion (hands-on exercises)
- Machine tending with actuated door and vise (hands-on exercises)
- Machine tending with IO interfacing (hands-on exercises)
d. Operate phase. Production management and optimization of cycle time.
