Where can I find an Insights activation license ?

Context
Robotiq Insights provides monitoring and analytics services for UR robots. To use Insights, you need both the Insights URCap and a valid subscription license. Each new robot pairing starts with a one-month free trial. After the trial, a license must be purchased and activated to continue using Insights.

Free Trial Period

• After installing the URCap and pairing your UR robot with your Insights online account, the robot automatically receives a 1-month free trial.

• During this time, all features are accessible without a license code.

If You Do Not Have a License Yet

• Contact your Robotiq product distributor or your Robotiq sales manager to request a quote for a subscription.

• Once purchased, you will receive a license code to activate Insights.

If You Already Purchased a License

• Upon purchase, Robotiq generates a 25-character alphanumeric license code.

• This code is included in the sales order confirmation from Robotiq.

• If the purchase was made through a distributor, request the license code directly from them, as it appears on their Robotiq order confirmation.
