In the event that a product arrives damaged, we strongly recommend refusing delivery directly to the transporter. By doing so, you may be eligible for compensation from them.
Accepting a damaged product complicates matters, as it typically forfeits your right to compensation. When a product is accepted, it can be assumed that it was received in good condition, making it difficult to claim damages.
If you have already accepted the product, we advise you to conduct a thorough test to determine its functionality.
Should the product work properly, we can arrange for new boxes to be sent to you. However, if you find that the product is not functioning as intended, we will facilitate its repair.
