robot gripper IMTS 20122012 International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) is on its way and Robotiq is proud to announce that two of our partners will present applications which included the new 2-Finger Adaptive Gripper!

Productivity at booth N-6534

As a new Robotiq systems integrator partner specializing in precision machining operation automation, Productivity will introduce their new generation of advanced laser marking workstations equipped with our 2-Finger Adaptive Gripper. Perfect for high-precision parts marking (and high-mix handling!) this FOBA Series provides flexibility to process small and large batches of parts to be marked for industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, plastics and medical. Stay tune on our Facebook page or on this blog to see videos of this application.

Yaskawa America at booth N-6600

People from Yaskawa (Motoman Robotics division) - partners from our early days - are setting up a demonstration with two of our 2-Finger Adaptive Grippers in a LoadWorld application. LoadWorld is a robot solution for machine tending in high-production applications or job shops with smaller lot sizes. The great consistency of the LoadWorld coupled with the flexibility of our robot Gripper will for sure get the attention of attendees looking to improve their loading / unloading processes.
